Important: Our products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand model. This means each item is custom-printed specifically for you after you place your order. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping process and timelines.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment Model

What This Means for Shipping

  • Products are not pre-made – We don’t keep inventory; items are created after you order
  • Production happens first – Your item must be printed before it can be shipped
  • Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
  • Multiple fulfillment locations – Orders are produced and shipped from the facility closest to you

Our Fulfillment Partner

We partner with Printful, a leading print-on-demand fulfillment service, to produce and ship our products. Printful operates fulfillment facilities in:

  • Canada (Ontario) – Primary facility for Canadian and North American orders
  • United States (California, North Carolina, and other locations)
  • Europe (Latvia, Spain)
  • Other international locations

Your order will be fulfilled from the facility closest to your shipping address to minimize shipping time and costs.

Step 1: Order Placement

Step 2: Production

  • Timeframe: 2-7 business days (typically 3-5 days)
  • Your item is custom-printed and quality-checked
  • Production begins immediately after payment confirmation
  • Most orders (97%+) ship within 5 business days

Production time varies by product:

  • Standard apparel (t-shirts, hoodies): 2-4 business days
  • Complex items or large orders: 4-7 business days
  • Seasonal high-demand periods may require additional time

Step 3: Packaging and Shipping

  • Timeframe: 1 business day
  • Your item is carefully packaged
  • Shipping label is created
  • Package is handed to the carrier
  • You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

Step 4: In Transit

  • Timeframe: Varies by destination (see below)
  • Package travels from fulfillment facility to your address
  • You can track your package using the provided tracking number

Step 5: Delivery

  • Package is delivered to your shipping address
  • Signature may be required for high-value orders

Incorrect Address Policy

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses you provided

International Shipping

When ordering from outside Canada, you may be required to pay:

Customs Declaration

We declare the full commercial value of all shipments on customs forms, as required by law. We cannot mark items as “gifts” or undervalue items to help you avoid customs fees.

Customs Delays

International packages may be held by customs for inspection. This can add:

  • 1-7 days (typical)
  • 2-4 weeks (during busy periods or for random inspections)

We are not responsible for customs delays.

Refused Customs Fees

If you refuse to pay customs fees:

  • The package may be returned to us
  • The package may be destroyed by customs
  • We do not refund orders refused due to customs fees
  • You are responsible for all costs incurred

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

Before Delivery (In Transit):

  • If tracking shows your package is lost, contact us immediately
  • We will file a claim with the carrier
  • We may send a replacement or issue a refund

After Delivery (Marked as Delivered):

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
    • Check with household members
    • Check all entrances and safe locations
    • Check with neighbors
    • Contact your building management
    • Check for delivery photo (some carriers provide this)
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered

Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • Delivery is confirmed complete
  • We are not responsible for theft
  • You may file a police report
  • Contact the carrier for investigation

Recommendations:

  • Request signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Use a secure delivery location
  • Ask neighbors to watch for deliveries
  • Consider package delivery lockers or services

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Keep all packaging materials (box, wrapping, etc.)
  • Take photos of the damage (box and product)

  • Unclaimed – Not picked up within carrier’s hold period
  • Refused delivery by recipient
  • Unable to access delivery location

What Happens Next:

  1. We hold the package for 30 days at no charge
  2. We contact you via email to confirm the correct address
  3. You have options:
    • βœ… Provide correct address for reshipment (you pay shipping)
    • βœ… Request a refund minus original shipping costs
    • ❌ No response = package may be donated/disposed after 30 days

Reshipment Costs:

  • You are responsible for reshipment fees
  • We will provide a quote before reshipping
  • You must pay reshipment fee to have the order sent again

Unclaimed Package Timeline:

  • Day 1-3: Carrier attempts delivery
  • Day 4-14: Package held at carrier facility
  • Day 15+: Package returned to fulfillment center
  • Upon return: We email you
  • 30 days after return: If no response, package donated or disposed of

No refund is issued for unclaimed packages after 30 days.

Multiple Items in One Order

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items:

  • Items may ship separately from different fulfillment facilities
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
  • This helps ensure faster delivery by using the closest facility for each item
  • You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments

Tracking Split Shipments:

  • Check all tracking numbers in your shipping confirmation email
  • Each item’s delivery date may differ
  • Contact us if you haven’t received all items within the estimated timeframe
