2.2 Print-on-Demand Model
Important Notice: Our products are custom-made using a print-on-demand model. This means:
- Products are created only after you place an order – Nothing is pre-made or held in inventory
- Each item is custom-printed specifically for you based on your selection
- Production begins immediately upon order confirmation
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started (typically within 1-2 hours of order placement)
- Products are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that all sales of custom-printed products are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
2.3 Product Customization
Some products may allow for customization (such as size, colour, or design variations). You are responsible for:
- Selecting the correct options during checkout
- Providing accurate information for any customization
- Reviewing your order details before finalizing your purchase
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect selections or information provided by you.
2.4 Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
If a product is incorrectly priced or described due to an error on our website, we reserve the right to:

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and contact us immediately.
4.3 Order Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- You may request to cancel your order only before production begins
- Production typically starts within 1-2 hours of order placement
- Contact us immediately at [your email] if you wish to cancel
- We will make reasonable efforts to cancel your order if production has not started
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled due to our print-on-demand model
- If cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund
Store-Initiated Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify payment information
- Customer providing incorrect or incomplete information
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
4.4 Production Time
- Production time: Typically 2-7 business days, depending on the product
- Production time does not include shipping time
- Production begins after payment confirmation
- Custom or complex products may require additional production time
- We will notify you of any unexpected delays
4.5 Order Modifications
Orders cannot be modified after they are placed. This includes:
- Changing product size, colour, or design
- Changing shipping address
- Adding or removing items
Due to our print-on-demand model, production begins immediately. If you need to make changes, you must:
- Contact us immediately to attempt cancellation (if production has not started)
- Place a new order with the correct details
- Return the original order if it has already shipped (subject to our Return Policy)
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Fulfillment Partner
Our products are printed and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. Printful operates fulfillment facilities in:
- Canada (Ontario) – for most North American orders
- United States
- Europe
- Other international locations
Your order will be fulfilled from the facility closest to your shipping address to minimize shipping time and costs.
5.2 Shipping Locations
We ship to addresses in:
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
- United States
- International destinations (where available)
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please provide a complete street address.
5.3 Shipping Methods and Times
Standard Shipping:
- Within Canada: 5-10 business days after production
- To the United States: 7-14 business days after production
- International: 10-30 business days after production
Total Delivery Time = Production Time (2-7 days) + Shipping Time
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances
5.4 Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Shipping destination
- Order weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error or the product is defective
- Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply only to standard shipping within Canada
5.5 Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. This includes:
- Street address (we do not ship to P.O. boxes)
- City/Town
- Province/State
- Postal/ZIP code
- Country
- Phone number (for courier delivery)
Important: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for:
- Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you
- Delays or non-delivery due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses
- Lost packages due to address errors
- Reshipment costs if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
5.6 Order Tracking
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships
- Track your order using the provided tracking number
- Contact us if you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment
5.7 Lost or Stolen Packages
After Successful Delivery:
- Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Check with your neighbours or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- We recommend requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
Before Delivery:
- If tracking shows the package is lost in transit, contact us
- We will work with the courier to locate your package
- If the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a refund
5.8 Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
Important for International Customers:
- You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country
- These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices
- We have no control over these charges
- Customs fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs office
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed
- We do not refund orders refused due to customs fees
5.9 Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility because it was:
- Unclaimed
- Refused by the recipient
- Undeliverable due to an incorrect address
We will:
- Hold the package for 30 days at no charge
- Contact you to confirm the shipping address
- Offer to reship the order (you will be responsible for reshipping costs)
If you do not respond within 30 days, the package may be donated or disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
6.1 Return Policy Overview
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following circumstances:
- Product arrives damaged during shipping
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The wrong product was sent
- The product significantly differs from the description
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Ordered the wrong size, colour, or product
- Customer dissatisfaction with design or appearance
- Dissatisfaction with fit or comfort
- “I changed my mind” situations
All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
6.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- Photo of the product label/tag (if applicable)
We will review your claim and may:
- Send a replacement product at no charge
- Issue a full refund
- Offer store credit
You do not need to return damaged or defective products to us unless specifically requested.
6.3 Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the item received
- We will send you the correct item at no additional charge
- You do not need to return the incorrect item unless we request it
6.4 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refund issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Refunds include:
- Product cost
- Original shipping cost (only if the error was ours)
Refunds do NOT include:
- Return shipping costs (if you were asked to return the item)
- Original shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
- Customs or import fees
6.5 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to our print-on-demand model. If you need a different size, colour, or product:
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Contact us about returning the original item (if eligible under our return policy)
- If approved, you will receive a refund for the original item
Size exchanges are not available for items ordered in the wrong size. Please carefully review size charts before ordering.
6.6 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Custom-designed products created with your own artwork or personalization
- Products damaged due to misuse or customer error
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
6.7 Return Shipping
If we request that you return a product:
- We will provide a return shipping label (for defective items only)
- You are responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns
- Products must be returned in their original condition
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
6.8 Satisfaction Guarantee
While we cannot accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
